1) install the floating roller into the long slot of the window mount. I should mention that in the picture the roller is upside down the black roller actually goes into the mount not the white one....

JUST in time. The 74 Scamp I sent to body shop prison will need one fiddle with and both of them adjusted. I junked out the 69 donor car, I cant believe the nonsense to get those apart and "out"

Very Helpful! When are you doing Part 2? Glass installation and adjustments? Can't keep the lower guide roller in the lower track either?
