In search of (ISO) 1966 Plymouth Barracuda taillight lens. Also looking for the chrome around the taillights if it’s in good shape, mine is badly pitted and my lens are extremely sun faded.
Thanks in advance!

You can get good reproduction lenses for cheap money outta Mexico; see here (maybe not quite 100-point judged-show quality, but they don't cost like it, either).

Is 66 Valiant the same housing as Barracuda? I think it is just the one lens in the middle is different...

Yes, '66 Valiant and Barracuda taillight housings are interchangeable even though two lower lenses are different. Agree with SlantsixDan on Mexican lens price offered on Ebay.

I pretty much need all three lens, at minimum I need the red lens since those are the most sun faded. The reverse light Lens isn’t too bad.

Which side do you need? I have several used taillight assemblies, but, none are show quality. How nice do you need? All mine will have a certain about of pits in the chrome and some fading and/or crazing in the lenses. None will have a perfect body to housing gasket either.

As stated, the housing, hardware and gaskets are the same between the valiant and barracuda. The middle and bottom lenses are different but interchange. The middle (reverse) lens is a little tougher to find complete
Barracuda - middle lens is white with a reflection bar - it is repoped but pricey over $120 each
Barracuda - bottom lens is red versus white

There are reproduction gaskets, I was happy with the set I used

Good luck, sounds like a couple people, including myself have what you need

Last time I checked, Layson's had all three lenses. I got a set a few years ago and was very happy with the quality of their reproductions lenses.

Laysons too much for me, ending up making 2 sets of lens for a 66 cuda and 66 valiant out of 1/4 plexiglass looks good but definetly not stock. Uppers and lowers red
middle (reverse light) frosted clear. Sorry no pics (no smart phone)

Thanks everyone! I’ve seen on Classic industry reproduction lenses, but yes very expensive.

I’ll post what I’m currently working with tomorrow.

Looking to sell?

Hey Robert....yep, I replied to your thread to see if they would help you. Several others have sent messages about them, but you have 1st choice since this is your wanted ad. :) Where in GA? These tail lights came out of the Reynolds, GA area somewhere. I washed them in the sink with Dawn dishwashing liquid, and got the dirt dobber clumps out as best I could without disassembling them. PM me your cell number, and tomorrow I will text you some pics of them cleaned up.
