360 Dip Stick and Tube

Anyone know what the correct lengths are for these? Mine reads over 5/8" over the full mark, after a fresh 5 quart & filter oil change? Thanks

11 1/4 inches, which is correct as I understand it, the dipstick is 21 inches, that is correct also. Maybe markings are off on stick. Thanks
