Depending on company policies an owner can ride inside thier own car if it's on a flatbed truck. Obviously, must be seat belted in. It's being done quite a bit lately around here.
I thought something like that is against any type of motor vehicle laws that any state has in their rules and regulations.
And what about insurance policy, riding in your car, when it's on a flat bed truck?
What do you do, if you need the full 100 mile tow, to get back home?
What ya gonna do if the car is smashed in, and your ok.
