Yes it has a starter on it LOL ... A pull rope... The lo206 has a pull rope. 100cc two-stroke has an electric start. And I believe the shifter karts are push start...

I would start mine on the stand, second gear, grab the rear tire and give it a spin. Had a zip tie for the gas pedal to hold it just above idle.
