Z-bar is in correctly., bushing spring clip ret towards the out side drivers side. Clutch pedal rod looks a little off for some reason, don't see the nylon washer either, don't try bending it, it will break. Don't ask how I know this.
The dakota starter is close just like mine, maybe closer, I have a Lakewood scattershield. I put a DER heat shield on, will see if it saves the starter.
Thanks. Yeah gotta believe heat shield is mandatory on starter. So the damper pulley bolt holes on the new 340 happened to be equidistant. Had the old 318 crank pulley chromed then of course got to elongate the rogue hole. This part of the build seems to be crawling, but im a determined guy.
