Is there supposed to be a cover over the front of the convertible top motor? My car had two screws as seen in the picture the ground wires attached to one of them. There was nothing there when I got the car and was wondering if they’re supposed to be a cover that these two screws on each side screw onto?

I've parted a few convertibles. Never seen a cover. I'd think a cover might cause the motor to overheat as there are no cooling vents

The 2 screws were there any idea what they are for?

There is a small retainer bracket for the hydraulic tube to the left cylinder that goes in one of the holes. On the back of the seat there is a cover that is what covers the pump.

There should be a line bracket to hold the hydraulic hoses... like this.
