Weight loss and perseverance

Eating spinach adds a bunch of potassium too. I did that first but I couldn’t eat spinach at every dinner meal and the V8 juice is easier to maintain as a regular thing.

I eat a lot of spinach too. But it does get old, unless you find ways to make it.
I made some Carnitas the other night, so I took a small amount of the broth and added it to the spinach. VERY good.
I forgot about the V8 juice! I'll have to fold that into my regimen..
