I added a simple thing. I drink 12 oz of low sodium V8 juice every day and it adds 1200 mg of potassium and only 200 mg of sodium. I call drinking it “talking my medicine”.
And I enjoy it, tastes good to me. Nice little pick me up in the afternoon.
Eating spinach adds a bunch of potassium too. I did that first but I couldn’t eat spinach at every dinner meal and the V8 juice is easier to maintain as a regular thing.
