69 Goldfish

Just hit a mile stone with my 69 Barracuda 340 4spd. After about 300 hours of metal work, Body work, block sanding and paint work. It’s finally got some color. T3, Honey Bronze metallic as it was originally, only this time it’s base/clear.
I installed full quarters on both sides, drivers floor, and trunk extensions. Did a very minor frame rail patch then attacked the underside. Fully painted the underside of the car, installed Pirate Jacks disc brakes, had the 340 and 4spd rebuilt. Pulled and painted the rear, bought a new instrument bezel (ouch, pricy), then blocked the heck out of the body. Painted jams and engine bay, then installed engine and trans. Finally after months (started in March) I was able to take it to a paint booth and paint it this weekend. I enjoy restoring cars as a hobby, but must confess, this took longer than I thought. Wish I could say “it’s all down hill from here” but I know better, and looking at about 6 months of interior, wiring and detail work.
Here are some pics of the progress
