Where to get 1965 barracuda HH1 Copper Polly Paint

Where can I buy this Copper poly paint for my 65 Barracuda? code HH1
 
Hes right any automotive paint store or jobber can mix it. Thats assuming they know what the hell they r doing. In my town our one autoparts place sells both ppg and martin senior.
 
I must be pretty lucky, 2 body shop only stores and 2 or 3 parts stores.

OK order my paint from tamco . Com Found some local paint, But I thought the tamco would be better

Ordered 1 1/2 gallon . Leave me a little bit for my Multi color project on my little Racer

Has anyone tried Omni from Jerry's paint.( now Wesco paint )
 
Omni is ppg. Its their cheaper line compared to their dbc line. My entire car is painted with omni. Ive sprayed alot over the years never had any issues

We have an Napa store with the paint department. I bought paint their for my hot rod truck. now the paint guy is never there I can't seem to hook up with him. Tammy at tamco seem to be really nice and helpful, I ordered the Copper polly
 
When I did my Barracuda (in Santa Barbara County) they had the formula for solvent-based paint, later checked on it for a friend with the waterborne paint but they didn't have the formula.

Being California you may be limited on the paint system used (county specific), many of the older colors are not being formulated.

I'm not sure this is your issue but something to look into.

Is this a trick question? You give a paint store the paint code and they mix it up. Any paint store can do it and if they can't, they're not a paint store.

Only if the paint store can decipher the code. when the Ditzler coed comes up with blue I don't know maybe it is a trick question.
 
Does anyone know where to find old "One Day Paint and Body" (California) shot single stage "Sunburst Silver" or what paint line that chain uses in 1995-ish? It's gotta be close to NN Barracuda silver poly as that is what I asked for and they found this stock color. I need a touch up jar....I know it can be matched but if it were a stock color I could shop around for it.

Silver is one of the hardest to match colors.

Call Mac's Distributing on Auburn Blvd. Chan is one of the guys there that really knows his ****. I'd bet he could help with what you're doing.
