Morning guys. Had the worst acid reflux ever last night. Up 3 times and hardly slept. Landed up on the couch upright from 3:30 till 8 but still didn't get much sleep. Feeling a little better today but will catnap during the day I'm sure. Wouldn't wish this on anyone friend or foe.
It's cool out but nice and sunny. May go out for a walk later and blow the cobwebs out.
