Toss the entire system and buy a jegs mandrel bent kit, w/o mufflers..then buy 2 dynomax ultra flows.
16 years. I've had 14 yr old systems under use that looked like ****... sawsaw that crap out and have the pressure you're actually going to run it with when you tune it after break in, not those old restrictive vermin stuffed, acorn filled, rust dust blowing pieces of ****.
