What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?
Last few days, I was working on Re-Oiling my K&N Air
INTAKE Filter! Over the Many Years I have done this to quite a few filters of this type... But this time used a Different CLEANING & OILING KIT... My last kits used Rattle Can Aerosol Oil ... This time I went to a Measured Bottle where I felt I had more pinpoint control as to where I put this Redish oil...Just saying I Liked this Kit... And me having COPD, I shy away from Aerosols...
YES, I cleaned it first... and let it Dry a FULL day even though the Dry Arizona Desert ~Heat~ probably had it done in an Hour but the Oil wicking (bleed) works Best when absolutely DRY !!! So I Oiled it the Next Day... and then let it wick (Bleed) another day...
Bottom line, Love the Outcome & Give this Kit Two Thumbs Up over the kits I have used in the past... But I'm Not saying the other kits were bad either :)
