Fuel injection throttle body

^^^ That's so cool! ^^^ That black thing must be the ~44 psi regulator. The old Ford TB's used about 14 psi and ran off a stock looking mechanical fuel pump. Not sure how they cold started, maybe they used an accumulator/filter like the mechanical Bosch Jet-tronics. That was a 4 micron filter!
