69 Dart Custom shoulder harness

Hi everybody:

Would every 69 Dart custom two door hard top have the provision to put shoulder harnesses in the car? I see that there is a plastic cap over witch I'm positive would be the anchor bolt for the belt but would there be a provision for the clip holder stud under the headliner?I
