Here's your "Tuesday before the race" reminder for the 2020 Mopar Express Lane NHRA SpringNationals presented by Pennzoil this coming weekend at Houston Raceway Park in Baytown, TX. Please post your picks if you haven't done so already. The NHRA website currently shows 15 Top Fuel, 17 Funny Cars, 20 Pro Stock and 16 Pro Stock Motorcycle entries. Mother Nature may not be our friend this weekend. The current weather forecast calls for a high temps of 86F on Friday with up to a 72% chance of light rain between 11AM to 5PM. The Saturday forecast shows a high temp of 85F and a 50% chance of light rain for about an hour around 1PM. The Sunday forecast is 86F for a high temp with both cloudy and sunny conditions throughout the day. We still have two rounds of qualifying with the first round of Pro qualifying scheduled for 1:45PM EDT (10:45AM PDT) on Saturday. Post those picks before the first round of Pro qualifying!
