I was going to get a heat shield, too, but I just did the slantsixdan fuel rerouting and that seems to have really helped with the heat, and I'm down in SW Florida. He doesn't come around much, but I'd like to thank him. I should've done it a yr. and a half ago. THANKS DAN!

I thought about doing that, but I am pretty particular about how I want things to look. The stock fuel line.....while not in the best place for heat, how the factory ran it looks really neat and clean. I like that and don't want to change it, so I've been looking for something different. Maybe this will work. I don't think I need "much" cooling off as the car does restart every time, it just spins a bit more before it starts when it's hot.
