Freight Brokerage

Has anyone used a Freight Brokerage before? I'm looking at at RV in Ohio and J&J Freight Brokerage LLC is going to take care of everything. Never had a transaction with one of these companies before and wanted to see if anyone else has and what their experience was, etc. Just don't want to get scammed.
