Wanting to install used window in this whole but my new part has a plastic end piece that is shot and cant find a new one anywhere ..any ideas where I might look for that part its the piece that attached ti the small holes at the back of the glass

Boy Steve I know it may seem very dumb on my part not being able to come to the proper end to my issue ..but I sure do want to tell you thanks for all your help it was sure kick'n my butt . So thanks again much appreciated . . I sure would like it if we could be friends on here I don't know that it needs mentioning but I'll always do right by ya...
