India Pale Ale. It's very Hoppy (no offense to to our own @halifaxhops , lol). It was developed in England...not sure how why it was called India.

Yup, IPA’s were brewed in England. Regular beer wouldn’t survive the 6 month journey back in the 1800’s to India and it was too hot to brew beer in India. A special, hoppy beer was created that could survive the 6 month journey which is why it’s named that.
