So Is It Riveted or Welded?
This crossbar has the VIN number stamped into it to the right of this picture. That is the only place I know of having the VIN# stamped on a 65 A-body.

Last fall I think, I had a great discussion with Don (65 dartman) re the SO number as he shows go good in these pictures. At the time I didn't know that the SO number was stamped in the cargo area in a wagon. I checked my Dart Charger convertible and Johans 65 Dart 270 convertible. We also talked about the VIN numbers location. Then I found new information. Checking the two bodies I found out that the cross bar between the rear wheel houses which at the same time is where the upper part of the backseat leans towards.
