My car was stripped for paint and now I notice how stiff the rear suspension is without gas tank, fuel, windows, and trim. I wonder what the rear window weighs just by itself? Thank you.

Prob 100 pounds or under. I have moved them around enough, I have three spares.

Awkward but not overly heavy. Less than 100 lbs. I’d go for 75 lbs halifaxhops.

1.33 square meters, use the chart as I dont know what thickness is in mm. Its heavy but no 100 lbs. Maybe 50? Its just huge and hard to handle. 46 lbs if using 6.4mm. I know the bucket seats are HEAVY!

Laminated Glass
Glass Thickness/Type Weight
4.4mm Laminated 11 Kg m2
6.4mm Laminated 16 Kg m2
6.8mm Laminated 17 Kg m2
6.8mm Optiphon Laminated 17.5 Kg m2
7.5mm Laminated 18.75 Kg m2
8.8mm Laminated 22 Kg m2
10.8mm Laminated 27 Kg m2
10.8mm Optiphon Laminated 27 Kg m2
11.5mm Laminated 28.75 Kg m2

Get your bathroom scales out, and weigh yourself. Do not eat, pee, or take a dump! Then pick up the rear glass, and step on the scales again. Subtract the first weight from the second weight, and that's what the glass weighs! :)

Seems simple doesn't it.
