Thanks bud. I have learned alot especially the importance of checking the lifter location and degreeing the cam even if your installing it straight up. I would have never imagined in a million years a company would would let something get like that slip thru. Im almost willing to spend the 22 dollars again to buy another identical one just to see if its the same way or correct. Once I get all the problems with my degree process sorted out im gonna stick it back in there and check it again just to see how far off it really is and how far I was off in my process initially. Inquiring mind man! Lol. I may put the wheel back in and set it up again in the morning with the used timing chain to see where its at. I can tell just by the position of the lifters that Its closer I still don't think it's exactly right tho im suppose to be 2 degrees btdc @.50 just watching it during rotation it appears to me that it is just starting to move at or right at tdc still closer than it was before I wasn't getting any movement until atdc.
