Shipping

I would never trust anyone else to pack parts for shipping for me.. they don't know what they are dealing with and aren't "invested" in it. A grill is light but fragile so you'll need sturdy boxing (as you have said you have) but lightweight packing material, you'll want to make sure it's packed in well enough that it doesn't move around at all and that the box allows for at least 4" on all sides. I would bubble wrap it using a good quality painters tape to keep it in place. Maybe use wood slats on the bubble wrap to further reinforce the piece..??, and then a combination of those air-bags and "peanuts" or even more bubble wrap. Shipping is a tough thing sometimes but considering the value of the piece, I would err on the very safe side.
