Thanks for the reply cudamark. So what I have is a 1974 Plymouth Scamp with a 3.7L /6 and I want to put a 5.2L 318 Magnum out of a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500. I've been doing some research, but I'm still far from understanding everything I'll need to do the swap. I want to remove the EFI and run carb. So far I understand that I will have to switch out the ignition and fuel systems.
I also want to either rebuild the 727 that's still in the Scamp or replace with new/reman. I only want to make the Scamp a daily cruiser, nothing too crazy (<400hp)
So I guess my main question is: what ignition and fuel systems would you recommend and what other tricks do I need to know?
