It is possible to run 10 psi with 10.5 cr, but I don't think it could be done with that head gasket, and stock head bolts. The timing and A/F ratio would need to be spot on. In general it would be better to run 10.x to one and 7-8 lbs boost, then to run 8.0 to 1 cr and 10 lbs boost, in a street type motor. That is with a carb, and regular ign. Fuel inj, and electronic timing control, is a whole nother ball game.
