Any 66 and up 273/318 heads would be good even the late 80's #302 casting head. They have AIR ports below the exhaust ports that needs to be plugged but they work well. Find a closed chamber head so you don't loose compression. The exhaust manifolds will fit. That Edelbrock intake will work fine as well as a Weiand Stealth which has smaller ports than the 340/360 manifolds. The old Edelbrock LD4B is a good choice for a 273/318 as well but they haven't been made for decades and can go for a few hundred $$ if you can find one.
