Mopar A body dash cluster

If it were chromed around the edge it would be a signet cluster. Its a base or v200 cluster.
Could it be from a 68 or 69 sure

The RHD UK cars also had the chrome around the edge. They where used in RHD Barracuda's.

(although its almost warn off in that image)
