1972 Dodge Colt
Looking forward to see your Colt running with the slant 6 , had a 65 cuda with a 225 in it and could keep up with a few 8v cars. While racing at Piedmont drag way a guy had a Anglia with a slant six in it with a 4 speed . turn it about 7000 rpm and pull the wheels in the first 2 gears . Growing up in NC I was able to see S&M run . Loved the Hemi Colts . Saw one sitting behind a house and bought it , ended up with 3 Colts . Started to build a drag car but the Pro Street bug bit me and I went another way . Took a while to figure out how to get a blown 440 in it and used hand me down parts . drove it for a few years and sold it to a friend , It ended up in Crawford Auto Museum in Ohio . 0 to 100 in 7 seconds in 2nd gear . It was a fun ride .
