Didn’t know I had a cracked cylinder in my original 1967 273. Coolant leaked into the oil, driving 75 mph on the highway, smoked the main journals and wound up breaking the #3 main off the block when it broke the crank.

there is your one broken forged crank right there for those who never seen one.
My buddy broke a camshaft in half in a Honda, oil issue up top and seized the back of the camshaft and the timing belt half kept going. I did the same in my (1st) Mazda pickup with its chain.
