its the stock 318 28k mile motor out of the rusty B5 blue car in the pictures. i put ported X heads, Bullet cam, crower Double roller timing chain, HV oil pump, eddy 340 torker, eddy 4bbl, hp 68 manifolds. still running points
i bought the cam and lifters for a 100 bucks from a guy that only ran it once on his 340 on a run stand. turns out its a regrind. i had to put valve lash caps on it to quieten up. it has a little bump to it but nothing radical. the cam card says @.050 217,221, @.006 272 276, 454 lift, 112 separation.
i dont know much about cam selection but i think there is a better cam for the motor. i only bought this one sight unseen/unknown because it was cheap.
