What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?

Installed a blue LED high-beam indicator on my homemade dash panel... sounds easy but there's plenty of stuff that has to be disconnected and hard to reach (speedo cable and oil pressure gauge line are the hardest). Also add a contact to the dash connector for the extra wire, find the harness wire going to the high beam relay and tap that. And I cracked the original 50-year-old brittle A-body plastic surround in several places, including the recessed part that holds the headlight switch :( Finally gave up trying to remove it from the dash, and worked on my knees next to the car!
So now I have to wait a while for the solvent cement to harden all those places that are c-clamped together. It's cold out there in the garage so I'll see if it's ready tomorrow afternoon.
