Most all of us put "plus shipping". Once I've made a deal with someone, I go to the post off with the address & get the shipping cost. I email the buyer & let them know the total cost. If it's agreeable, I send it off once I've received the funds.

Personally I post nothing with anything less than expectation of a worldwide audience. Having shipped equipment all around the world it's not that hard lol....
