Hi forum friends.
RealOT question
I have an led dawn to dusk light on the end of my shed that has started flashing instead of operating normally. I checked connections and put a new switch on but no go. No luck on Google. Any ideas?

I’ve had several Chinese LED lights do that. They don’t last as long as they claim.
 
It's own light reflecting back into the photocell? Cover up the "eye" and see if it stops flashing. But if its flashing more like a strobe light then it's just going bad.
 
It's probably the LED driver going bad. I've had 3 LED outside lights from Home Depot that the driver caused it to do the same thing. Fortunately each time they were still in the warranty period. After they replaced the first 2, I asked for a refund on the third one when it acted up.
