Are those white fluffy things scattered around the sky ?

Oh no not that ! We have rules !

Those dang fluffy things had better take heed . The rules state they can visit but only for a short time and they can not join together .

Now to get the temperature to raise from 46* up to at least 67* like yesterday .

After all rules are rules :-)
