PUI interior

Looking to change the interior color from blue to white. What do you think.

White would look good, would be to hard for me to keep clean with the kids always playing in the car and walking on the seats though.

I think most people prefer legendary interior over PUI. Me, I'll end up getting which ever is cheaper... lol

IMHO - I think picking PUI over Legendary is being penny wise and pound foolish

In most cases, one gets what one paid for.

A $2 pair of scissors is almost certainly going to cut as well as a reputable brand of scissor that sells for $10.

As long as your ok with the results the $2 scissor provides, it’s all good. But don’t then complain the $2 scissors provided crappy results.

I’m not totally sold on them. Theres only about $150 difference between the cost of two different the sets.
What do you think about going with a white interior. Would you do it.

Legendary is offering a pretty decent sale through January first right now. If thats the case, it's not worth it getting the PUI seat covers IMHO.

I love White interior, got some in my 71 Dart. So much cooler in the summer heat!

I bought the seat covers for my Scamp a few years ago around this time when they have their annual sale. Might be the Veteran’s Day sale that goes on for the rest of November and all of December?

Regardless, I’m a very satisfied customer of Legendary. It wasn’t cheap but it was an exact match for what my Scamp had.

I do have base model PUI door panels for my 67 barracuda, and my sons 69 barracuda. I thought they were pretty decent, but then again they dont get the wear and tear that a seat cover does.

I've had the opportunity to have Legendary, and a product from PG Classic, side by side.
There was no comparison .
Legendary is great, even after a few years,
The cheap ones stretched in the seat areas, the "leather" pattern was very poor, the seams didn't match up.
I wouldn't order the cheap ones ever again.
I would certainly order Legendary again.
My Legendary order was for carpet, headliner, door/quarter panels, sill plates, fr & rear seat upholstery, cat whiskers, and acoupla other things, $1400ish with their seasonal discount, a few years ago.

i switched my black interior in my barracuda to white a number of years ago with a PUI kit. left the door panels black. looks nice. no issues with PUI product.

Only piece I bought from PUI was a headliner. It was made wrong. Front bow sleeve in the wrong location.
White is fine on high back buckets. Low back buckets without headrests in white look like toilets to me. I hope my opinion doesn't offend anyone.

Well I just placed my order with legendary for seat covers, door panels and new carpet. I had hopes of getting them before Christmas, until I received any email stating that it could be up to 140 days before they ship.☹️ Is this normal from them?

When I ordered from Legendary in mid November, they told me it wouldn’t ship until early February which was about 90 days. Mine wasn’t the usual black or white vinyl seats so I wasn’t surprised by the delivery time though.

I have PUI seat covers in my '79 Trans Am. They are nice. Maybe Brand X PUI stuff is ok?

Covid slow is todays normal. They have orders to fill from those other vendors that retail their products too.
