How close are you to the border? Maybe pick a spot and get a USA PO Box somewhere. Drive over and get your stuff. Some business don't ship to a PO Box, so screw um.
A lot of places that have PO boxes (like some UPS stores) use their address and then substitute Apt. # instead of PO box. That way it looks like a legit address.
