She's gone and I'm sad
So after 25+ years, I sold my Dart. Ironically, the guy I bought the car from so long ago heard thru the grapevine that I might be selling and made me an offer that really surprised me so I sold it. I keep telling myself this is all for a good cause (paying off the mortgage and being 100% debt free) but I could barely sleep last night. I still have the 2011 Mustang GT CS convertible to distract me for now. We will see how long that lasts.
I made 100's of passes at KDS motorsports drag strip in Kinston, NC. Drove the car on the banking of Charlotte motor speedway and attended several Mopars at the Rock events. Sooooo many memories. Pics for Posterity.
