I dont understand it myself the shop charges 120 an hour and the tech only get 30 an hour. that is why they cannot fill those jobs here. in Diesels they charge 110 and the tech gets 35 an hour. however on school bus` the tech only gets 25 an hour and being I had to switch districts I had to start over 6 years ago at 18 an hour. Those pay numbers do not reflect the cost of tools.
