no kidding
i called when i had time and when they put me on hold i just put it on speaker
(i had gone in back in august to get my license renewed but i never got the new one. so i emailed them a few times, which of course went no where)
i ended up doing all sorts of things, while listening to their hold music, ran the router and the chop saw among others
went over and picked the kids up from school
finally got through to someone
they claimed one got sent out, but she said she was gonna send a new one anyway
