Speedmaster Small block porting tips and results Part 1

So, @pittsburghracer after a nice 4 or 5 angle valve job, and a bowl blend, staying with the 2.02 valve, how much is the pushrod tube and head bolt tube, and grinding, typically worth cfm wise?
