727 tf slipping when cold

I see, well I barely left the graage 2 times before deciding not to risk it. Hopefully I havent fried anything.
Ill get to mount the Lokar then. But there was no kickdown on the car before and it worked okay I guess. Tie the linkage way back you mean?

The throttle pressure linkage or cable (kickdown) should be hooked up and operational before the car is ever moved. Hopefully, you didn't do any permanent damage. However, if it was unattached before then the transmission is probably in need of repair. No, don't tie it back. Get it hooked up right. These aren't Chevys. They cannot operate without that linkage without burning up the transmission......and in very short order.
