Recertifying nitrous bottles?

a homebrew place by my house hydrotests CO2 bottles for $15/bottle, check those places out. What pressure does a NO2 run at? May be a little different. I sold 2 out of date 20lb bottles for $40. "Property of PEPSICO" oops.....10 years out of date, Im sure they didnt miss them.
