So in 30 degree weather, a couple pump shots, hit the starter button and we got life!!
Not sure why it doesn't seem to need a choke either - seems odd. Victor intake and 850 DP. (This engine was previously broken in on a dyno hence I didn't have to set it to high rpm to break it in.)
Took some detective work to find why no spark at first - the reluctor gap in the dizzy was too wide. Fixed that and it lit right off.
