Project Crusty Biscuit (65 Plymouth Valiant)

I guess FABO was down last night... I had a short day at work yesterday and took advantage of the extra time to get my wheel wells done. I was able to take more pictures for the drivers side since I had it all figured out:

Test fitting the sheet metal; inner wheel well is clamped in place. In used a compass to draw the contour line against the quarter panel.

Cutting along the line I drew giving enough space for a 1/2” flange

Clamped around wheel well for shape while I hammer the flange.

Tipped the edge slightly to make the bend more accurate while I hammer it
