The door switch (and headlight switch) provide a ground to the bulb, which has battery voltage going to it at all times. You probably have a door switch that is bad; always grounded. Or, you may have a signal wire that is grounded (under aftermarket seats/console, etc.).

I was hoping it wasn't going to be that, but I will find them and check them out. Both of my doors handles do stick though, which isn't the best.
