Chrysler Classic done

It is sad and a changing of the guard. In the last 2 weeks we have seen a 60 year old Short track close permanently and just yesterday a race series that clipped. And that's local to me. I wouldn't even want to think about the total hit taken right now by all racers in the Country..... People put effort, money, and time into their hobby's and get short changed. It's a reminder of where things are headed in the automotive world..... Enjoy what you can while you can as an automotive enthusiast....

I see you are from Virginia. Things are actually pretty good on the East Coast. Your big track in Virginia really dropped the ball last year for Michael Beards St. Patrick’s Day race in March. The track prep was terrible so the racers sat around all day on a beautiful Saturday while they scraped the track, all day. Then the track was marginal at his next big money race there so his races are now being held in another state further south. What a shame as I had a blast at that race a few years ago.
