1990 360 roller motor w/factory windage tray

I hope yours are not cracked, but I gave up trying to find a pair that were not cracked years ago. I have J and X heads, so why kill myself looking something a nit better. Good Luck.
I know what you mean. Ive had streaks of cracked everything. For instance there was about five years where I could find 915 J heads at the local yard, the same yard in fact. Then two years later I go to look for some and they are all cracked....then it was 302 heads, same thing. I sat on a set for 8 years years till i found out they were cracked. They became guinea pigs for the seat grinder , not a total loss being i also paid half price on "half price day"..
..more...i was building a 7.3 Ford IDIT....4 sets i pulled.... all cracked. Those are 95 lbs each and the exh manifold bolts a *****...the rear head bolts are captured by the heater core box and some years the fire wall on the drivers side. You have to tie up a couple bolts on the rear passenger side so they clear the block so you can get the head up and forward and not have them catch in the head bolt recesses in the block or cylinder . On and on and on Then i find a nice tested uncracked set of 273 heads, port them, chamber work...and sell them on here... it's good exercise if anything else.
Crap shoot. Id say its been 70% good.
My favorite is that you can buy windshields there for $35 like my 67 front and rear windshield I picked up a few months back.
