1969 Dodge Dart Swinger clean up

Ive just read through your thread from the start. A very nice car to start with. Did you ever find the broadcast sheet? On my 68 I found one under the back seat and a second one on top of the radio.
I have the same blast cabinet as you have and it’s been modified much the same as yours, and yep, the damn vacuum sits outside.
On my 68 the torsion bars have L & R on them, sure hope it means what I think cause they went in that way.
